Important Announcements from A New You Day Spa & Salon

We are thrilled to announce that we've upgraded our booking system to Mangomint, a modern, all-in-one platform designed to enhance your spa experience. Mangomint is the highest-rated software for salons and spas and will allow us to provide you with a better booking experience while streamlining our day-to-day operations.

Additionally, after careful consideration, we will be implementing a modest price increase effective June 6th. This adjustment will help us maintain the exceptional standards you've come to expect. Over time, the costs of maintaining our premium products, skilled staff, and cozy spa environment have increased. To ensure we can continue offering you the best possible experience and highest quality services, these adjustments were necessary.

What You Can Expect:

• New Pricing: The updated prices will be reflected in our new booking system and on our website within the next week. The new pricing will be effective June 6th.

  
  

• Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates will all remain valid through this transition. NOTE: We are aware that there are some gift certificates that were purchased for specific services and/or packages. We will honor the pricing for those on any appointments prior to July 31st. If you have a gift certificate for a specific package or service, please make sure you schedule your appointment date for those services before July 31st. After this date, those gift certificates will still be valid and redeemable, they will just be used as a dollar amount rather than a specific package or service.

  
  

• New Booking System: Mangomint offers a host of features that will make your visits even more seamless and enjoyable! In the very near future you will be able to book Spa Packages and our Luxury Head Spa Services through the online booking system. This is a feature we are super excited about and will activate in the next week or so!

  
  

• No Account Needed: Enjoy a streamlined booking experience without the hassle of account creation.

  
  

• Already have an upcoming appointment? No worries! Any existing appointments made through Schedulicity have already been transferred over. All appointments that were transferred will receive a confirmation email from our new system, within the next week. Once you receive any of these confirmations you will be able to click the link to get to your client portal and view all of your upcoming scheduled appointments. 

  
  

• Automated Reminders: You will still receive appointment reminders via text message. You will now get one 3 days prior to your appointment as well as the day before. 

  
  

• Virtual Waiting Room: Check in from your phone and receive real-time updates upon arrival. (Coming Soon!) 

  
  

• Booking Link: You will no longer need to go to a different website to book an appointment with us! This has all been integrated with our current website. Please visit www.anewyoulex.com and click the "Book Now" button. 

  
  

• Two Locations: As a reminder, we have recently opened a second location! It is very close to the original A New You Day Spa & Salon located on Clays Mill. The new location is located behind the Kroger at Boston Road and Man O War Boulevard.

  
  

• Booking Appointments: Some services are offered at both of our locations and some are exclusive to that location. Please make sure you are looking at both locations service offerings when using our online booking. 

  
  

  • A New You Day Spa & Salon - Clays Mill - Address: 3306 Clays Mill Rd. Suites 103 & 203 Lexington, KY 40503

    • Services offered at the Clays Mill location: Choose "Clays Mill" if you are looking to book a massage, a Spa Package or an appointment with a stylist at the salon. These services are exclusive to this location. 

      
      

  • A New You Day Spa - Willow Ridge - Address: 3708 Willow Ridge Rd. Lexington, KY

    • Services offered at the Willow Ridge location: Choose "Willow Ridge" if you are looking to book a Luxury Head Spa Treatment, a Hydroderm Oxygen Facial or a Skin Classic Treatment. These services are exclusive to this location. You will also choose "Willow Ridge" when booking appointments with Ashley or Tiffin.
